HeartShine “Miss Peach Festival 2016”

Calling ALL girls ages 2 to 25 in the Greater Marysville area!  HeartShine’s “Miss Peach Festival 2016” (for ages 11-25) and “Little Miss Peach Blossom 2016” (for ages 2-10) will be an experience you won’t want to pass up!

YOU could be Queen in 2016! Contestant Entries are now being accepted!

HeartShine Title Holders stand for Service to the Community, Confidence, Leadership and Opportunity!

Several honors are awarded in each age category as well as optional contests for Talent, Modeling, Art and Photogenic (though not required to compete).

HeartShine is a natural, benefit pageant system as well as being the most active community service youth organization in Northern California! This year’s event will benefit, Autism Acceptance, to honor your outgoing 2015 Miss Peach Festival, Alina Shelton, and her service platform.

Contestants will be judged on personality, confidence, the desire to give back in your community, stage presence and “HeartShine” (that special something that shines from within). We do not judge on specific styles of attire, outward appearance or a certain “cookie cutter” style. HeartShine girls have vast interests and everyone brings their unique traits and passions into mix. We promote positive sisterhood, age-appropriate attire and discourage make-up in the younger age groups.

Contestants will compete in Autism Acceptance Group Service Project (Art Supply Donation turned in at pageant registration), Personal Introduction, Formal Wear/Stage Presentation and On-Stage Question.

Ages 2-10 pageant will take place on Tuesday evening only (7/12). Ages 11-25 will participate in Interview on Tuesday evening (7/12) and on stage pageant finale on Thursday evening (7/14).

HeartShine Queens, Princesses & Royals (1st, 2nd & 3rd place) will have an amazing year of opportunity in the Marysville community and beyond. Although our events calendar is very busy, we do not require a minimum amount of service from our title holders. We do expect all Peach Contestants that place in the 2016 Royal Court to attend at minimum, a 3 hour shift at this year’s Peach Festival (you are welcome to make a full day of it) following the festival, your reign is what you make of it.

Key events for Peach Title Holders through the year are: The Peach Festival (only required participation event)  Special Olympics Torch Run.  Ellis Lake clean-up day.  Christmas Parade.  Gold Sox Opening Game Day.  Marysville Festival & Car Show. Marysville Historic Parade.  Media days, Interviews and more. These are just a few opportunities you will have throughout your year as a Peach title holder.
